WIPES new full-length, ''Don't Tell My Parents'' continues their weird alt rock/noise sludge onslaught that is completely their own WIPES return on their second full length with a renewed vigor and refreshed lineup to further their sludgy noise rock. Through a dozen tracks they lay down everything from slow-motion face melters, to fast-paced Nirvana-esque sloppy chunks of punk, into machine-like repetitious heavy droning, and even tipping their hat to surreal early Weezer-inspired pop sludge.
